Remarks

By default, the ListServers(String, String, String, ServerState, String, NullableInt32, NullableDateTimeOffset, String, CloudIdentity) operation does not return servers which have been deleted. To list deleted servers, call ListServers(String, String, String, ServerState, String, NullableInt32, NullableDateTimeOffset, String, CloudIdentity) specifying the changesSince parameter.
