The load balancer ID. This is obtained from LoadBalancer.Id.
nodeId: Type: net.openstack.Providers.Rackspace.Objects.LoadBalancersNodeId
The load balancer node ID. This is obtained from Node.Id.
metadataId: Type: net.openstack.Providers.Rackspace.Objects.LoadBalancersMetadataId
The metadata item ID. This is obtained from LoadBalancerMetadataItem.Id.
value: Type: SystemString
The new value for the metadata item.
cancellationToken: Type: System.ThreadingCancellationToken
The CancellationToken that the task will observe.
