The monitoring service instance.

Type: net.openstack.Providers.Rackspace.Objects.MonitoringNotificationPlanId
The notification plan ID. This is obtained from NotificationPlan.Id.

Return Value

Type: NotificationPlan
A NotificationPlan object describing the notification plan.

Usage Note
